The hotel was super convenient and the staff was awesome! The room was small and had limited amenities. Breakfast room was clean and comfortable and the food was quite good.

The room was great. Everything was modern and comfortable. The check-in process is scary if you wait until the last minute. I accept most of the responsibility, but I wish I would have received a warning e-mail for not checking in the day before. Just an email that would make me acknowledge the automated process that I would be entering into and without help from staff on site. We were on a 42 day trip with 14 different hotels, so we were spoiled by most of the hotels that had staff to assist us with check-in. This one surprised us. I think they may have had a video showing the process. We just followed the instructions, but we were in a drizzling rain as it was getting dark.

This place is everything we needed from a hotel: 1. Comfortable, proper beds (not sofabeds) for the 4 of us 2. Kitchen that is well appointed 3. Washing machine 4. Proximity to the old Town We could not have done better in Zurich, I believe.

Excellent, family stay, very nice and very happy with all.

The hotel looks very nice. We may have been the unlucky family this weekend. First the AC wasn’t operating in the room. Then we requested a bassinet/infant bed to find a twin size bed in the room. When we notified the reception we were told they didn’t have anymore. So we had to make do with our 11 month old sleeping between us. I was also overcharged for parking and their charging ports didn’t work. Thankfully it was mostly just a place for us to sleep and not enjoy the hotel
