「It’s clear the owner has put a lot of effort into updating this property. Nicely done on the inside. We had two families of four, and we had plenty of room with great amenities. It was a reasonable drive to both Zion and Bryce Canyon. Hot tub was hit after long days of exploring the National Parks.」

「Well appointed home with excellent view of the valley & wildlife. Great location to see Zion, Bryce and other parks! Comfy beds! Highly recommend」

「Ben is a great host. We ran out of propane for the grill and he was there within 20 minutes with a full tank. The place is perfectly located between the national Parks. Easily accessible. The accommodations were clean, neat and quiet. I definitely recommend. Beautiful area!」

「House is just as described. Location is good for those traveling between Bryce and Zion, in a quiet area. Kitchen is well equipped for those who want to cook at home. Beds are comfortable. Entertainment area upstairs with a pool table, games with nice outdoor patio. The large hot tub off the kitchen downstairs is also great after a long day hiking. Easy access in and owner is easy to contact. The only way upstairs is the spiral staircase for anyone with mobility issues. There isn’t much...

「Great stay. Great staff! Nice accommodations. Pool was wonderful.」

「It is large and clean. 4 bedrooms plus an upstairs loft with sofas. There is a grill and firepit. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and utensils. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher (which didn't work when we were there). The yard is small and on a busy street, and there is a storage building outside which was not secured, so it would not be suitable for children to be outside on their own. The landscaping on the front is overgrown, so the street number is not visible on...

「They had multiple hot tubs but only 1 was hot. We contacted the manager and she got the other two quickly heated up. It is a fun place to stay. 」

「Perfect private getaway with all the amenities you need! Not too far of a drive into Zion, and it’s beautiful scenery to the East entrance. Management was very responsive & welcoming. Would definitely stay again!」
