Ideal for 2 but fitting 3, it features a king bed, optional cot, modern bathroom, compact kitchen, Starlink Wi-Fi, smart TV, work desk, valley views, wildlife sightings, and maybe even a UFO. A private cowboy hot tub adds the perfect starlit finish.
LISTING SPACE This secluded lower-unit retreat sits below its hilltop counterpart, offering sweeping valley views in the nearby area. Access is via a 1.5-mile dirt road; most cars handle it in good weather, but AWD/4WD is required in winter. Keep an eye out for deer, critters, and the occasional unexplained glow—past owners swore UFOs were common.
Inside, enjoy a plush king bed, a cot stored in the laundry closet, and a sleek bathroom. The compact kitchen is equipped for simple meals, the dining nook is perfect for two, and Starlink keeps work and streaming smooth. You may hear footsteps from the upper unit—earplugs optional, good vibes encouraged. The private cowboy hot tub is typically available mid-April to mid-September, weather and fire restrictions permitting.

LISTING ACCESS The entire lower unit is yours, including the hot tub, firepit, kitchen, bathroom, workspace, and single parking spot. These spaces are not shared. Follow Lutherwood signs and turn onto Oakridge Road at the final fork.
Stock up before arrival; nearby general stores are limited.
A door code provides easy, contactless check-in. Please be mindful of upper-unit guests.
NOTES Hot Tub: Mid-April to mid-September depending on weather and fire restrictions.
Shared Property: Lower unit is private, but the upper unit may host guests.
Pets: $70 pet fee; include pets in your booking.
Connectivity: Starlink Wi-Fi and smart TV keep you connected.
Wildlife: Expect deer and critters—please don’t feed them—and avoid alien abduction if possible.
Nature: Occasional spiders may wander in despite regular spraying.
Security: Two exterior cameras monitor entrances. 1. Between the hours of 9:00 pm to 8:00 am, please keep loud noises to a minimum and be courteous of other guests and neighbors. 2. No illegal activity or hazardous materials, such as fireworks or other combustibles are permitted on property. 3. There are no sink disposals. Please put all food into the trash before putting dishes in the sink. 4. Please clean the BBQ Grills after each use. 5. Drive cautiously with your 4 wheelers, Side by sides, ATV’s or UTV’s. Speed limit on Oak ridge road, Lutherwood road, and in the vicinity of cabins is 15 MPH. 6. Be aware of the property line and the property lines of others to avoid trespassing. Our 11.5 acres is east behind the cabin to the fence, north to the power lines, and south to the cabin 1 wash basin. 7. No smoking inside or within 20 feet of the cabins. 8. No shoes in carpeted areas. 9. No hunting or shooting on property. 10. Do not leave doors open as little critters may enter. Lock doors and windows before you head out to explore. 11. Adhere to all fire restrictions in the area. Fires are ONLY allowed in designated fire pits. 12. Extinguish fires at night and before leaving the property. Use water from the house and stir with a shovel to fully extinguish. 13. Do not chop down trees in the area. Firewood can be purchased at the MOBIL gas station on UT-89. 14. The Internet is provided by Starlink and can fluctuate in speed. Be patient of the internet and keep in mind that the internet is not guaranteed. 15. Pets are welcome. We ask that all pets remain on leashes when outside and are never left unattended. Please always clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture. 16. Between October and March please leave the thermostat at 61 degrees or higher so that our pipes do not freeze. 17. Please, do not feed the wildlife
