「I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. I booked a studio suite so my daughter could sleep on the pull-out sofa, but no linens were provided. Since no staff were available to assist us, we had to take bedding from...

「Great food and service」

「We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby.」

「When I visited this hotel (August 2017), it could be accessible from Gmunden railway station by a combination of a city tram (from the station as far as Franz-Josef-Platz) and a special electric bus (from Josef -Platz to the stop right in front of the hotel). The latter is free of charge for hotel guests, but it is only available after 11:00 a.m. (Note this info is always subject to changes, partly because the renovation of the local transportation network seems now under way.) Apparently...

「Gewoon een prima hotel. Vriendelijk personeel, eten is goed en voldoende parkeergelegenheid. Kamers zijn ruim genoeg.」

「Great value」
