「It's so brand-new hotel. The room is pretty clean, path, bathroom, pool, fitness room are everything good. HyVee, supermarket is in front of this hotel, very convenient.」

「Very disappointing customer service. I accidentally booked the wrong dates and contacted the hotel for help, but the staff were rude and unwilling to work with me on a date change or another solution. I understand booking policies, but that does not excuse treating a customer poorly. The way this was handled left a bad impression, and I would not book here again. I’m even not going to be using Expedia for any more bookings!」

「The room was 80 degrees when I arrived. Wasn't a bad room though. Pretty clean. Had a great breakfast spread in the mornings. Hot tub was not working.」

「日本で申し込んだ時、喫煙部屋、Wifiなしであったが、ホテルでは、全部屋禁煙、Wifi有であった。　ホームページの情報を更新頂きたい。」

「We liked the friendly staff, clean premises, and ability to get a bite to eat onsite. Our room door did not properly close - it actually didn't latch, so the only way to keep it from opening was the inner lock. That wasn't great, but we were only there for a night's sleep.」

「👍👍👍👍👍」

「Comfortable, clean, updated, basic. Frig and microwave but not a single outlet in room. Had to plug phone in in bathroom- ok, don't mind basic, but an outlet would have been nice.」

「Pool was not available but otherwise it was very nice」

「Best place I’ve stayed in Peoria」

「I reserved a king bed moths in advance and when I checked in I was told by the desk clerk we changed you to a room with 2 queen beds. I asked why and shrugged. Get to room to relax, turned on the TV had 4 channels, AMC, VH1, LIFETIME TWICE.. I went and asked the desk clerk how many channels I should have and she said it would be taken care of No updates and when my 3 day stay was over and I checked out no repair/change or apology. I also asked if the bar would be open to who i believe was...

「Decent place to stay. Front desk staff is helpful. A few good pubs nearby.」

「The front desk staff is very nice and helpful! The price is also very reasonable. Just wish they had a little earlier hours for breakfast time.」
