Overall - a lovely place to stay but you need to know about the parking, laundry, etc. The booking info on Orbitz said there was free breakfast and underground parking. Neither was true. "The hotel is situated perfectly for walking into the small town of Alpbach or for setting off on one of the many possible mountain hikes in the area. "Great place to stay and we had an amazing view from the room, thank you. The room was clean and very spacious. Our welcome was lovely. The staff are all amazing. The only thing thay let's this hotel down is the food, quite dated and the meat we had was quite tough. Reminded me of school dinners. We actually ended up eating at another 4 star hotel, with much better food and an extensive mixed menu. Hotel however lovely. "
