「The cleanliness, privacy, spa, outdoor swimming pool which has the perfect temperature allowing us to swim for as long as we wanted and also the ski academy with slopes a few steps away! It was also a convenient 13 minute ride to city centre and also had a local shop nearby. The ski room and indoor shop were good as well. Food was of high quality, especially room service which often isn’t in some hotels. 」

「Alles wunderbar, freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal. Saubere Zimmer, hervorragendes Weihnachtsmenü ( auch wenn ich und Entenbrust nie Freunde werden 😀 ) Saunabereich, Schwimmbad, Fitnessstudio, Rooftop. Ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. 」

「No doubt, excellent hotel, however location is a bit far and steep upward slope from the railway station (1.5km?) for us as railway travellers and thus needed to take a taxi. Room was clean and spacious with kichen facility. Staffs were very friendly and well-trained.」

「Das Personal war super nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte etwas ausgebaut werden. (Mehr Obst, Wurst usw.) Aber im ganzen war es ein super schöner und erholsamer Urlaub. Kann man nur empfehlen!」

「Ich bin schon mehrfach im Hotel Held zu Gast gewesen und jedes Mal aufs Neue begeistert. Diesmal hat mich vor allem der neue, großzügige Spa-Bereich beeindruckt – ein absoluter Traum für Erwachsene, luxuriös gestaltet und mit so viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Das Haus entwickelt sich stetig weiter, ohne dabei seine familiäre Wärme zu verlieren. Mein Zimmer war wie immer makellos sauber, gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet.
