Rustic, comfortable house "Casa Maria", 923 m a.s.l., 2 storeys, semi-detached, from the 19th century, renovated in 2023. In the hamlet Spert 6 km from the centre of Alpago, in a quiet position in the residential district. Private: garden (not fenced) with lawn, swimming pool heated (2 x 3 m, depth 120 - 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the complex: sauna, relaxation room, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bus stop. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, riding stable 2 km, children's playground 100 m. Nearby attractions: Belluno 25 km, Valdobbiadene (DOCG wine region) 50 km, Treviso 69 km, Venezia 99 km, Lago di Santa Croce 6 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Alleghe 71 km, Cortina d'Ampezzo 77 km. Hiking paths: Monte e Rifugio Dolada, Rifugio Vallorch, Bus de la Lum - Villaggio di Vallorch, Casera dei Pez – Malga Mezzomiglio. Please note: car recommended. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Mooie moderne woning

Prachtige woning, in 2023 verbouwd. Voorzien van zonnepanelen en warmtepomp. Moderne inrichting. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame gastvrouw/eigenaar. We ontdekten dat onze gastvrouw/eigenaar zeer goed Duits sprak. Dit hielp met communiceren. Ook heerlijke producten uit haar tuin en keuken mogen proeven.
