We had 3 nights in hotel and 2 rooms, upon entering one of the rooms stank like you were in a sewer! Reported the first morning and later that day was told it had been sorted. It wasn’t the smell came back through the 2nd evening, reported again on day 2 and the lady on reception that afternoon/evening told us she will have the cleaners sort as was a cleaning issue to her but we said it wasn’t it’s a drainage/plumbing issue. Again was told it was sorted but it wasn’t and we now also had the smell in the 2nd room also, which was so bad it woke me up.finally was offered a new room for last evening at 11pm that night. The cleaners did a lovely job each day and the receptionist needs speaking to about her rudeness and lack of customer service in saying we were lying! Should have been changed rooms after night 1 reporting it. Bar staff and actual cleanliness of the property was lovely but report a sewage issue which this was and you get called liers! After what we paid for 2 rooms for 4 of us this was not what I was expecting for the price. I doubt anyone from this company will bother to contact me and sort compensation but it ruined our experience of staying in Lisbon with this hotel again!

Overall the place was beautiful, clean and comfortable, however, I almost fell twice in the tub, its small space and slippery. It look forever for the water to go down in the tub. Please check that. There is no shower curtain or door, so
I had to clean the floor all the time.
The kitchen was clean, beautiful , not what I expected.
The security officer was friendly and helpful specially arriving after 3am from party.
The only issue I had was checking in because my daughter is not an adult (15 years old) and every time I entered her information to the system it reject it. It was frustrating however, the costumer service helped me after many attempted.
For international costumer with no Wii or phone service or no internet access, it difficult and overwhelming to check in. I hope they find a better and less stressful way for their guest to check in and enter the after hours.
