"Breakfast is terrible. The food is buffet style. The eggs were overcooked and not replaced after sitting idle for some time. The breakfast meets were of poor quality and also sitting for long. It's something the hotel should address. Other than that this is my go to hotel for short trips in NY. "

"Convenient easy check in/check not the most luxurious could upgrade the decorating but overall nice stay very clean would stay again no complaints"

"Large rooms with fridge/microwave, friendly staff, onsite bar and restaurant. Only place we will stay now when traveling to great neck!"

"The hotel was old and needs to be modernized. The TV was cutting out and spooling, assuming due to internet issues? Also, the hotel has 7 floors including the parking level but only has 1 small elevator, so the wait was sometimes long. There was limited parking and very tight parking spaces."

"Cannot recommend this property. All elevators were not functioning. Many stairs to reach the room in the first floor from the parking lot and to reach the lobby from inside the hotel. Bathroom had very limited counter space around the sink. Mattress was lumpy and needs to be replaced. Staff were nice and hot breakfast included was good. Old building needs updating."
