"The FAT girl who’s there during the afternoon shift is horrible. She lied about the maintenance fixing my heat & told me to check it after he did. He wasn’t fixed something I already knew so she switched my room !! The day I checked out some guy was being assorted out & arrested by the warrant squad for prostitution, some girl was standing by the elevator in lingerie smh "
"The staff was wonderful. Maria, the gracious housekeeper, Felix the welcoming valet, Paul the quiet, courteous clerk and Hannah, our lovely bartender. She makes a really nice Old Fashioned. Made us feel welcome.
The heating system is good down to 20 degrees outdoors, but can't handle a cold snap. Luckily, maintenance came up with a space heater and we warmed up."
It's a Loft on the Second floor. Mins away from UBS Arena, JFK Airport
10/10 Excellent
"Host was lovely. We had 2.5 inches of snow overnight and needed to leave early. She got up and shoveled everything so we had a clean walkway to our car. She is great at communicating. Check in/out was very easy. The place is very cute, super comfortable, plenty of room, and well stocked. "
"Room was clean, though we could hear conversations of the guests in the adjoining room.
Staff was very polite and helpful.
The breakfast options were healthy and varied."
