「The property is amazing, and the rooms are very big and well furnished. Downtown is only a minute's walk away. The owners are very accommodating and friendly.」

「Excellent place to stay near the motorway. Quite a climb up to the old town but will worth it. Breakfast had limited choice but all very good.」

「Personnel à l’accueil fort sympathique.」

「Excellent value for the money」

「This is a great location and a friendly family hotel」

「We were met by the lovely Hugo who upgraded us to the very lovely Gîte. We had pre booked dinner as there is nowhere walkable nearby and we wanted a drink or two! Hugo prepared us a super feast and kept us entertained with a music quiz and plenty of wine. Then we went for a swim in their fancy indoor pool. A very memorable night in a charming place. Highly recommended!」

「We had a lovely stay and the staff were very helpful and changed our room when they could for the last night. We stayed in room 8 which is a premium room with a view. Unfortunately it is on the top floor with no air conditioning. Because of the heat wave our room was over 30c most of the time, even the floor boards were hot. The room was spacious and well furnished although too many blankets and cushions for the summer. Excellent breakfast with a choice of cooked food which was appreciated....

「Die Klimanlage funktionierte nicht Bei Ca 34 Grad Aussentemperatur Kann man sich nicht im Aufgeheizten Zimmer erholen/ Schlafen」

「Fabulous experience and highlight of our 3 weeks in Europe. Beautiful castle, fabulous dinner and breakfast and the experience was lovely and regal with our maître D. The grounds and historic site added to the weekend. Played tennis and will have to come back to enjoy the pool and hot tub when it is not raining. They are renovating some as well, but this is a well preserved piece of history while still have the charm you would expect from a castle. Better than all the modernized chateau’s.」
