What a chilled lovely place to stay do close to the CBD. We were looked after by excellent staff. Room comfortable snd breakfast plentiful. . Help yourself to tea and coffee 24/7. Staff at reception 24/7. Lobby bar lovely. Rooftop bar is ok but most cocktails are from a tin. The Shadow restaurant next door does great cocktails and is owed by the same people.

Housekeeping could be improved through regular monitoring of shower wall mounted dispenser refills, toilet papers, and overall washroom cleanliness. Older building in downtown, but spacious room with kitchen facilities. Washer/dryer facility was useful.

I really found this room to be too dark. It was so dark it felt dirty. Also so much creaking in the night. Not the best stay of my trip. I wish I booked the Ritz instead.
