We had a good experience with the customer service—they were responsive and polite whenever we reached out. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. The air conditioning was not working properly, the floors were dirty when we arrived, there was mold in the shower, and the toilet seat had what appeared to be old stains on it. To make matters worse, we saw a roach before we left. While we appreciate the staff’s kindness and willingness to communicate, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property need significant improvement. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Wir fanden unseren Aufenthalt hervorragend. Vom Check in bis zum Abreisetag verlief alles reibungslos. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an äusserst wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt und sehr zentral, wodurch alles bequem zu Fuss erreichbar war. Auch die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war jederzeit erreichbar, stets freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Insgesamt sind wir sehr froh, dass wir unseren Aufenthalt bei Coeo in Málaga verbringen durften. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und können das Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.
