The food was not good. The service in the restaurants was poor (one lady was working very hard, but she alone couldn’t do everything). The food was cold and not pleasant. We were half board but couldn’t eat there the second night so chose to pay to eat out.

Room was generally clean but I did find some rubbish under the sink in the bathroom. Nice toiletries in bathroom and lovely powerful shower. Big bed which was comfortable. Hotel Port Alicante City & Beach
The staff were all so friendly from everyone at reception to the waitresses in the restaurant and bar. Me and my mate couldn’t believe how nice the hotel was. The rooftop pool was closed due to wind which was a shake but we understood. We will be back
