Central hotel with nice beds.

Clara in reception was wonderful and incredibly helpful. Helped us store medication and rang us when our room was ready, even though we were quite early. Room was nice and spacious. Was on a high floor so not much noise. Need was incredibly comfortable. Would stay here again and ready commend it.

This hotel is located on the nice stretch beside the marina. We booked Alicante on a 48 hour trip for my daughter’s birthday and Hilton did not disappoint. Rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Excellent service, room service was delicious! I did google other hotels and whilst Hilton didn’t rank the top it should!

Ideally situated.

Being in an absolutely perfect spot, it was ideally placed for us to explore the whole city. The hotel is so quaint making it easy to get around. The staff were always available and fully able to advise us of places to go. The hotel was ideally placed for all the activities we wanted to do over the 3 days.

Very informative and prompt communications with the hotel during a disastrous journey. Super friendly service from Reception staff, to waiting staff and chambermaids. Great location; clean and bright hotel and comfy beds.

This hotel is housed in a charming & stylish old building but with modern renovation update. I highly recommend book rooms facing the water/marina. Trust me, it's worth the extra cost. Kudo to Hilton scoping up this gem in Alicante. It's certainly full of characters and located in front of the water. If I have to provide any suggestions, I'd put the energy in improving the breakfast quality and offerings. It doesn't match the rest of the hotel.

Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly.
