This charming rural house for 4 people in Alhaurín el Grande is the perfect refuge for a peaceful holiday, combining the serenity of the countryside with the proximity to the vibrant sociocultural life of the area. Just 10 minutes by car, you can enjoy a varied leisure offer, restaurants and activities for the whole family. Thanks to its excellent road connections, you will be 35 minutes away from the beaches of Málaga, Marbella and other iconic destinations such as the Caminito del Rey or the city of Málaga with its historic centre and gastronomic offer.

The house, with 65 m², is designed to offer comfort and brightness, with views of the mountain and a cosy atmosphere. It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a nest bed ideal for children, both very bright. The full bathroom and the American kitchen equipped with modern appliances such as induction, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more, facilitate a comfortable and practical stay.
Enjoy the private swimming pool, located in the upper part of the land, facing the sun for most of the day, ideal for cooling off and having fun with family. Access to the pool is easy, with stairs from the house or from the covered porch. Outside, you will find a space with an electric barbecue and a porch to relax or share meals outdoors, while children play in the children's area of the fenced garden.
The dining room is cosy, with a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV with internet connection so you can enjoy your favourite entertainment. Additionally, the accommodation has air conditioning in the living room, fans, heat pump heating and mosquito nets in all rooms for a comfortable stay at any time of the year. Free Wi-Fi will keep you always connected.
Located in a rural and family-friendly area, this house has outdoor parking in the same building for your convenience. It is close to supermarkets, restaurants and local services, and a short distance from tourist attractions, natural parks and beaches.
