「Great hotel, lovely rooms and lounge areas. Food in the restaurant was excellent: good choice at a reasonable price. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.」

「Everything is absolutely perfect beautiful place and fantastic staff」

「オーナーの趣味の良さがホテルの設備や備品からうかがえます。綺麗で清潔感があります。周辺の田舎の景色も素晴らしいです。」

「My partner and I stayed at The Tiger Inn during our trek from Seaford, and it was the highlight of our trip. The inn is gorgeous. Our room was cozy and exceptionally clean. The food and breakfast the next morning were outstanding and the staff very warm and welcoming.」

「We stayed in three. The room was big, but it was including waste space where no one stays there. If sofa bed was opened, no space to walk or open your luggage. The room was not in basement, but ground floor rooms have less top window which you feel as it is in basement. I would feel horrible if the days were really hot. No air conditioners. The room hadn't been make up. This is because we didn't put the sign (hanging the door) that we need. Thank you for such warm service. What if we forgot to...

「The staffs are all excelent, warm and supportive. The family room we booked was clean enough and with nice furnitures but had no window. But still ok. The hotel is old style so there was no lift which was quite difficult for tourists like us carrying a large suitcases, but the staff had kindly supported us. No air conditioner in the room」

「Shower had a draining issue and in room fan was pretty noisy (hence we couldn't use it). Nonetheless, overall it was a decent stay.」

「A very quaint period public house. Our room was quite small but definitely adequate for our 2 night stay. Obviously to be expected with a quaint period public house. The bar was well stocked and plenty of room at the bar, surrounding tables and restaurant. The staff were very knowledgeable, engaging and friendly. Overall a very pleasurable stay and my wife is already planning to revisit with a friend. The 8 Bells is a perfect location to walk to the Bolney wine vineyard and neighbouring...

「We had a room at the rear of the hotel which was nice and quiet. A fan was available in the room which helped during the heatwave. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No wardrobe but hooks on the wall and hangers for clothes which was ok as we only stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly on arrival and at breakfast. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable.」

「Wonderful stay right where we needed it. The staff were all so friendly and the room a great size and stocked with what you need. Parking is mainly residential but there are numerous car parks around. Great food in the pub also!」

「Nice property in remote location, room was very well maintained and comfortable, only issue was road noise.」

「This Little inn above the pub was so charming. The room was fantastic, cozily decorated and had a big window. The weather was perfect, and we were able to have the window open. Caution with the window open, it can be a little noisy from the pub downstairs. But no worries on that. We enjoyed hearing folks having lots of fun! It's also conveniently located and easily walkable to the old town. And of course, gorgeous Beach.」

「The room was clean. The bathroom light didn't work and we were told we would have to use the communal bathroom instead. Couldn't open the window. Room had air vent from kitchen outside window.」

「The room was nice and big. The staff were friendly. The location was great, near lots of pubs and restaurants. The pub is good too, with friendly people. Not necessarily suited for young children on friday night as the area is loud until 0030, although it did quieten down once bars were shut. The shower water pressure in the evening seemed a lot lower than the morning.」

「The room was dirty and had infestation of bed bugs , we also had been charged twice as the deposit did not get from Expedia. This is the worst stay I have had at a hotel for many years I definitely would never stay or recommend this hotel ever.」
