"This is a charming boutique hotel which just happened to be super-convenient location-wise for the Cycle to the Sun race event. Right next to the bike shop that organized the event and close to the start line. It also has access to a beautiful beach and is smack in the middle of Paia town with plenty of food and shopping options."

It provided wonderful space to gather insight and outside the home and the kitchens upstairs and downstairs were a great bonus. Beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well when it got warm. We would definitely recommend this property. Owner was very communicative whenever we had any issues."
