「Great stay in the property, quiet location and neighbours. Close to the city centre and various shopping attractions. This is the 4th time I have stayed in this apartment and I was disappointed this time to find I had to make up the bed. I did not know where to find the bedding, there are no instructions, and it is not stored in an obvious place. It took me ages to find it, and I was about to call for assistance when my daughter had the bright idea to look in the sofa bed.... Every other time...

「The apartment is okay. In the photos, it looks like a high-standard place, but when I arrived, it was clear that it has been used by many guests. The beds were broken, there was no cable for the TV, and the bathroom had a very bad smell — at first, I thought there was a sewage leak, and the bathroom even got flooded.
