"Great rooms and views. Pool v clean and nice to dip in, not the biggest but there’s the sea literally a few metres away and that was lovely and warm too. Staff were all very helpful and attentive. Food in the restaurant was delicious - especially the Mie Goreng dish! Overall very happy as this met all my requirements "

"Excellent staff. They were quick to check our room for any damage after the earthquake. Staff was friendly and adressed us by name. They were always willing to help and answer any question. The location is Excellent. Kind of tucked away so you dont hear the busy main street but close to walk to."

It’s the kind of place where you can truly unwind. That being said, I feel the staff could be a bit more attentive. While they were friendly and polite, there were times when service felt a little slow or when extra attention to detail would have made the experience even smoother. A bit more attentiveness would definitely take the hospitality here to the next level. Another minor downside is the road leading to the resort. After heavy rain, it tends to get flooded or have large pools of water, which can make it tricky to get in and out. It’s not a deal-breaker, but something to be prepared for if you’re visiting during rainy days. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ohana Resort Hotel for its cleanliness, peaceful vibe, and potential to become an even better destination with just a few small improvements. "The hotel is run down, beat up. Bathroom had water all over the floor from leaking sink. Wifi could only be used in the lobby. No enough toiletries provided. Tv broken. Don’t stay even if it’s the last hotel. If I could negative stars, I so would"

"What an Aamzing hotel ! 1) The owner shares the same faith as I do which is a huge thing for me . 2) the staff are so friendly and helpful . I left my keys 3x on the door handle and my room was never opened . If you get there , talk with the owner and learn the history of the hotel . You’ll truly know the meaning of perseverance , hardwork and dedication . Glad I stayed at this hotel. "
