I had a lovely clean room with a little deck. The bed & pillows were comfortable. The towels & bathroom amenities were nice. I was given a robe, which I believe came with the VIP Expedia booking.
The downside was smelling cigarette smoke off & on in my room. I did tell the management (as I wondered if someone was smoking in one of the rooms). They checked it out but found no reason. I felt listened to, even if the situation was unresolved.
Hotel is within walking distance of main attractions. The metro is also nearby.
Staff were wonderful; friendly & very helpful.
