"Exceptional service, helpful and resourceful staffs, and clean room. Due to the typhoon, our tour was cancelled and we really couldn’t do much. Hotel staffs set up karaoke and pool table for us, to keep us busy. They claimed the tree and provided fresh coconuts for us. They were engaging, professional and help us coordinated transportation and activities outside the hotel. Staffs are also very honest. "The hotel is nice and the location amazing, but the pool was dirty (and was the main reason to stay) and the staff screams a lot between them around 6am while they clean or don’t know what they do. I needed to go outside my room and ask them to be quiet… and road is very noisy until late night, a lot of motos and people screaming."

"The grounds and restaurant were beautiful. The rooms were as basic as basic gets but the A/C works. Heads up no flushing toilet paper allowed, so you better be good with a tabo or have a waste basket full of poop napkins. On a scale of gross to wow this hotel is a solid meh. "
