Wanaka Stone Cottage - Wanaka Holiday Home

Built in 1860 this gorgeous stone cottage is one of the oldest houses in the Wanaka region. Step back in time and still have all the modern essentials for an amazing holiday in Wanaka.

Genuine waterfront property on the banks of the Clutha River and its cycle/walking track.

With a fireplace in the kitchen and underfloor heating almost throughout you won't be short of warmth while you enjoy some cosy holiday living. This is the ideal set up for a getaway!

With 3 bedrooms across this fully renovated multi-level home there is ample space for your family or group. On the ground level, bedroom 1 is fitted with a queen bed, upstairs, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds.

Positioned in a stunning park like setting this spot is just the ticket for a refreshing break away.

For local amenities, an easy 10 minute walk to the end of the road will have you at the local shops for Albert Town, or make your way into the heart of Wanaka centre less than 10 minute drive away.

Cute little cottage in an incredible location

Cute little cottage in an incredible location. We had our family here for X-Mas and it was a perfect sopt to be near the river. Sure its pretty old, but we still managed to cook the Christmas ham.
