「ベラージョのフェリー乗り場から徒歩3分で高低差もなく、非常に便利な立地です。受付のスタッフの方は対応に少し差を感じましたが、概ね親切です。室内は清潔でスリッパもありました。ただし、ミニバーや飲み物はなく、冷たいものは保管できないので注意が必要です。物価の高いコモ湖周辺の宿泊で、コスパの良い方ではないでしょうか。 」

「Hotel nuovo, confortevole e con un bel panorama . Ristorante buono e massima libertà per la nostra cagnolina, ben accetta ovunque. Tuttavia, a fronte di un supplemento di 15€ a notte (anche fuori stagione), mi sarei aspettata almeno una ciotola in camera o un piccolo segno di benvenuto. Colazione un po’ essenziale, seppur comprensibile dato il periodo. Nel complesso un bel soggiorno,」

「We stayed at this lovely hotel boutique, my daughter and I , we loved it!! We reserved a room with beautiful views of the lake, everyday we had breakfast on the balcony it was breathtaking... the bed is very confortable, the staff is incredibly nice and welcomming. We took 15 minute walks almost to everything, nightime walks are wonderful, so many stars so so beautiful!! I will be back ❤️」

Most of all our host Laura was fantastic! She communicated with us from the time we booked until the time we checked out. She was so pleasant and helpful! 「Building itself is not very new, but it's all clean and confortable. As the first bike hotel in Como area, their support was perfect, not only cycling but also how to get/out to their hotel. Enough information and very good relationship with others in Bellagio. I appreciated thiei free laundry service, which we can get cleaned clothes just after 2hours after we handed them. Their location is fantastic also. A bit far from city center but that was better for me. I had a very relaxing night...
