「Loved this place! Beautiful location, very safe, rooms are spacious and well lit. Very well equipped kitchen and nice appliances. Supermarket (Eroski) within a few minutes’ walk, so it was easy to cook and eat meals around the table downstairs, or on the roof deck on sunny days. Perfect for myself, my two young adult sons, and their friend to spend the Christmas holiday week together.We also loved that the house is next to the Portixol Hotel, great place for a drink, coffee and/or meal. 「This is a very beautiful property located just outside of the town of Alcudia. It’s about a 15 to 20 minute walk to the old town area. The views from the back deck are amazing. We stay just two nights from April 1-3. Unfortunately, the weather was chilly during our stay so the house itself is pretty cold if you are staying during the cooler months. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de climatisation car le ventilateur est un peu juste en ces fortes chaleurs du mois de juillet. Je mets seulement 4 étoiles car l’agence homerti aurait dû signaler aux agents d’entretien de tailler les hautes herbes du chemin d’arrivée et nettoyer les transats qui étaient très sales.
