「Location is good, and view over looking ocean and beach is also exciting. But, water leak from air conditioner in accommodation is very disappointed. And, limited number of parasols and chairs compared with people on the beach, and I can't use both of them.」

「Super good- clean and nice stuff. The buffet was good but there is potential for improvement」

「Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Loved the room and the water pressure in the shower was impressive to say the least」

「Excellent stay, good stay and location, thank you.」

「The staff very proper and nice people, I felt safe in this quiet and peaceful place. I will definitely come back and book again for my next time I'm RAK」

「The hotel was good 」

「There were ants in the room, shower use to start late (after 5 mins) once turn on the knob, and serious issue with the AC. Maintenance staff use to take around 20 - 30 mins to arrive for support. If you are vegan and vegetarian not enough choice + problem with smell of non-vegetarian food.」

「It’s a very convenient resort the staff is a very professional and friendly one. Thank you Sofitel」
