Great stay. No one available on reception as checked in late however key and room number left on the side with info regarding breakfast etc. hot tub wonderful temperature with great views over the mountains and lots of little lamb and sheep. Good selection of breakfast, would highly recommend.

This was a clean and comfortable B&B for the price. Not far out of town in a nice rural environment. Breakfast was simple but good continental.

Dining room not available for dinner after August 31. No host available, but room key left on front desk. Large room with 4 beds even though we were only 2, but many flies in the room. Their buzzing was annoying at night. Good breakfast buffet. Close to Akeyreri.

Our favorite stay on our 10 day ring road trip by far. The lamb dinner dish was the best meal I’ve had in Iceland. And I ate A LOT yummy dishes on this trip.

Wonderful stay!!!

The hotel was nice and cozy. Nice spacious rooms with a clean bathroom. Well maintained. The best thing about the hotel was the staff. Absolutely exceptional service and helped us out so much. There was a storm in North Iceland at the time and they made sure we had the right information and were safe throughout. Would happily stay there again

It is a quiet & quaint inn. The room we stay is bigger than hotels/ hostels. Beddings are in good condition ( firm mattress & good quality duvet ). Huge parking space. There is a barn beside the inn. Breakfast is good. The nearest restaurant is in town which is 10 min drive. Grocery store is about 20 min drive. A place to rest & sleep ( no entertainment like tv )

Room 24- very close to the lobby/ restaurant and the noise travels through the wooden roof. Numerous stains on bed sheets and towels. There were over 20 flies awaiting us but we are unsure where they came from as all windows were shut. The room itself was large, but was clearly a converted conference room as it still had a projector screen and a whiteboard..... The shower room was wheelchair accesible but needs a deep clean. One positive is that the bed seemed quite new and is firm and comfortable. Overall an inn with need for refurbishment. Would not stay here again.

Upon our arrival to check-in, I learned that I had reserved a room in error for the following night. Luckily, Luna was very accommodating and able to arrange for us to stay in the last room available. The room was clean and spacious with beds that were comfortable. The breakfast, which was included, was delicious. My family and I were very appreciative of the staff's flexibility and would highly recommend staying here.

Spacious room for 4. Breakfast was good with a good variety. Check in and check out was quick. We were in room 14 and could hear someone walking in the room upstairs. Also the shower drain plugged but we got someone to fix it immediately.

Quiet, beautiful location, 8 km from Akureyri. We had a room at the back of the building, with a beautiful view across the valley. We ate here in the evening, and were very impressed - lamb is not just in the name, but a speciality of the kitchen. Only criticism is that in some ways the room looked a bit tired and in need of updating, but it was certainly clean.

Zero complaints from me!

I read the mixed reviews and had apprehensions but turned out fine! Easy to find, great view down the valley to town and efficient check in - name and room number left at front desk, collect your key and done Same to check out Decent sized room and shower, the included buffet breakfast was great and a bonus in this expensive country. I can’t complain about any aspect of my stay here

Wonderful stay

What a wonderful stay! We stayed in a quadruple room and it had everything we needed. We stayed for dinner and it was excellent. In the morning, we had an excellent breakfast. Everything was delicious.
