「Un accueil chaleureux pas les deux propriétaires du guesthouse qui semblent vraiment avoir mis leur maison familiale à disposition. La cuisine est très très bien équipé, vous trouverez forcément ce dont vous avez besoin. Il y a du café, du thé et du lait à disposition. Disponible aussi, une terrasse avec des tables pour déjeuner à l’air libre et une hôtel pool à 39°C pour se détendre. 」

「La struttura che abbiamo scelto per il nostro soggiorno di due giorni a ad Akureyri era una grande camera con bagno, posta al pianterreno di una vecchia dimora del '900. Letto matrimoniale comodo sebbene un po' alto, bagno essenziale ma pulito, con un buon box doccia. Il signore che si occupa della reception e della colazione, è un anziano molto gentile e disponibile. La sera prima ti chiede a che ora vuoi consumare la colazione, che ti prepara lui stesso. Sono disponibili dolci, brioche, poi...

「Good location, walkable distance to restaurants and city center. Limited parking could be a problem for late check ins. Door codes were convenient, easy check in and entry. Shared kitchen was fully equipped. Spacious room but there was a stain in the ceiling which could be potentially a leak upstairs, hopefully they will fix it. The shower was a bit small, the curtain wraps around you when it gets wet. Plastic shower curtain might be a better fit. Good stay in general, spacious room. Laundry...

「It was amazing! If you love the solitude that‘s the place to stay. We had a clear night without any wind and the sky was full of northern lights. And the best part, no other people around (well, except the hosts, horses, chicken and ducks from the lake in front of our little cottage). Only 20 min away from Godafoss, or 25 min away from Húsavík. Definitely recommend this one! The host was very nice and welcomed us warmly. 」

「Kleines guesthouse mit fabelhaftem Gastgeber, der immer für ein Gespräch bereit war. Wir erhielten viele Insiderinformation über Island von ihm. Das Frühstück wurde persönlich zubereitet und war sehr familiär. Das absolute Highlight war der hot tub vor dem Haus mit Blick in den Fjord. Absolut empfehlenswert!!!」

「Tolle, sehr gut eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, leider nur instant Kaffee und keine Kaffeemaschine ;-), die Wäscheleine draußen konnten wir mit benutzen . Ein besonderes Highlight war der Hot Tub auf der Terrasse.」
