"Clean, business style hotel, simple yet extremely functional. Both check-in/out are completed on a kiosk to the right-side of the front desk. Suited our needs wonderfully and the only suggestion for improvement would be thicker walls so I don't hear my neighbors."

"Good quality breakfast, which is served to you personally, made using local ingredients. (See my photos.) Excellent service staff who were helpful. While it is located 15 minutes' walk away from Yamaguchi station, it's 5 min away from the main shopping arcade."

"Basic onsen next door for $4 discounted entry for hotel guests was nice, with nice front lounge area. Hotel was a nice enough average business hotel style. Staff was super friendly and helpful, as usual in Japan :)"
