The hotel staff were the friendliest and most helpful of all the hotels we stayed in. The ambience of the hotel and the staff were entirely charming. The location right next to the Peace Gardens was beautiful, tranquil and convenient. We would not hesitate to book this hotel next time we visit Japan."

The major negative was the pungent smell in the room. It smelt like cooked cauliflower, which we mitigated by opening the windows and using air freshener."

"A lovely hotel, just in a messy place in Hiroshima. Staff were attentive. Breakfast options were very poor - I suggest eating out if you’re staying there. Basic amenities, but everything you needed. The area surrounding is ‘ladies of the night’ and not entirely appealing to families. "
