9/10 Wonderful! (370 reviews)
Hotel was in a great location. Although it wasn't super fancy and there was no pool or beach...I knew that when I booked. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Stores and restaurants were all walkable. Would definitely stay here again.

10/10 Exceptional! (2 reviews)
I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat
There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days
Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists

Great hotel with pool and beach. Nice views of the water! They didn't have the room available that I booked so they upgraded me to a bigger room. I even used the small gym while I was there. It had enough for a good workout and weight lifting. I would stay here again.

7.8/10 Good! (471 reviews)
"A nice place to stay that's very close to the airport. It's starting to get a bit tired, but the staff are fantastic, the rooms are large, and breakfast and airport shuttle are included. And the pools are great - really clean and enjoyable."

"I've never left a bad review about a hotel, but I feel I have to share how poor this experience was so that others don't find themselves in the same position. We loved Palau, it was an amazing experience, but the hotel almost ruined it. It was terribly disappointing. The staff were often very rude ..."
