「Everything was great during my stayed. The owner was a little rude to us at the beginning of the check in process as he closes the check in desk at 7 pm and we were unaware of that. Also, all communication sent to us was in German and he suggested next time we should use Goggle Translate. Our head was blown away for his lack of disrespect. Other then that the staff was great and the place was pretty neat.」

「Overall, the room quality was beyond my expectations. When I looked at the pictures, I was expecting a shabby, gloomy, and dirtier place. Even the restaurant on the first floor and the entire house looked old by the time I booked a room. In fact, the restaurant's atmosphere was really nice, and the room quality was as good as the restaurant--at least well-managed and clean enough. It was at least worth the money spent. 「The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. 」
