I booked the whole apartment as shown in my booking, however, when I arrived, I only got the living room for my whole family. they have sold the bedroom to another people. The agent did not tell us this beforehand and just said we will get some refund for our staying. My whole family was packed in the living room, and we have to share bathroom with other people for the entire stay. The bathroom also had very bad smell and not well maintained. During our staying, we asked room service, but no response. Also, the location is not good either. it is located in a busy street and very noisy even during the late night.
But the staff did show some hospitability by bring a fan, microwave and refrigerator after we asked for them. They refunded us half of our payment. another good thing is the free parking space. It is good for who wants to bring a car.
I do not recommend this place for a family vacation.
