"Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bett war frisch und sauber überzogen. Das Gebäude und entsprechend auch die Zimmer sind in die Jahre gekommen (muss nicht schlecht sein). Die Zimmer sind dadurch hellhörig und man hört wenn im Flur draußen Leute vorbeilaufen; der Fußboden knarzt. Es gibt keine Rolläden oder Verdunklungsvorhänge. Frühstück war nicht angeboten/möglich. "The hotel was in a great location. Quiet area, as behind an office building. Easy to get everywhere by foot. Withing walking distance of the train station. Public transportation in the area was excellent and easy to get to from the hotel. We had one bus that we would take right in front of the hotel. Room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed comfortable. No negatives on our behalf. Would stay there again in a heart beat. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. This is the 2nd Premier Inn we have stayed at and would recommend it. "

"The over riding disappointment was the fact that the attractive hotel and courtyard photo on the Hotels.com home page is simply NOT the hotel. In reality, the hotel is in a back street, cramped on all sides. We found it very difficult to find, through the maze of one-way and trams-only streets. In fairness, once in to the hotel, it wasn’t too bad. No kettle in rooms though. Breakfast ok. Reception claimed to have tried to alter the photo on website several times but with no lasting effect. But we would never have booked this type of hotel had we known. We were unable to contact Hotels.com by live chat before check-in, as the 5G signal wasn’t strong enough, and couldn’t use hotel WiFi without first checking in. Touché. Attached photo shows the real building first, and then the alleged building."

"The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was excellent for walking the old town, plenty of close restaurants and a grocery store. It is a central location for hiking in the area. There was air conditioning and a safe which we appreciated. Overall, our stay was ok but the rooms are smaller than we expected and the carpeting was quite dated and needs replacement."

"The sink was plugged and wouldn't drain. Because it was a self-serve hotel we couldn't get the issue resolved before our one-night stay was over. It wasn't obvious from the Expedia listing that this was a self serve/ self check-in, budget hotel that would be so cramped. If you're from North America and you don't have data, you won't be able to check in."
