"A beautiful view! The town the home is situated is very cute, friendly people, well appointed grocery store and a couple of great places to grab some local cuisine. The place itself has some gorgeous views, a beautiful property surrounded by fruit trees, and Macaws that greeted us every morning and many evenings. The breeze that comes through the property is amazing and keeps the place cool with sliding doors open. We loved the splash pool and the partial open air bathroom concept. Also the bed...

"Had a lovely time with Daniel as a host. We had some communication problems regarding the adress to the house (which were completly my fault), should have read his message. The unit was exactly as expected. I didnt get to see the vandalizing monkey though. :( but were visited by a sweet Raccoon. Beautiful space and different things right outside the door."

"The house and grounds are beautiful. Pictures don’t do it justice. It’s gorgeous looking over the lake. Pool was fantastic. Bedrooms and bathrooms are great. Check in easy and there was even a welcome basket with fruit. Would stay again. The only thing people need to know is that it is 45 min to La Fortuna even though it looks closer on the map. This didn’t bother us but if you are expecting to just pop in and out of town you need to plan accordingly from a time perspective."

"Absolutely stunning property in the middle of the forest! This location is a must. You are surrounded by nature and all you hear day and night is the rushing of the river. Every single staff member there was very friendly and helpful. Cabins are spacious and include a kitchenette in them. Day activities were easy to schedule. "The view was beautiful volcano views on our patio and at breakfast daily! Our room was decorated for our anniversary on arrival with chocolates and wine. Daily room cleaning and turn down service. Very glad we rented a car because the walk was very long to the amenities since we were in the back of the property. The spa was absolutely amazing and relaxing. The prices for the spa were very reasonable. Breakfast was plenty and lasted us through the day. We got stuff for sandwiches for lunch as they had a fridge in the room which was nice. Did eat at the pool bar one night and was mediocre. The thermal pools were too hot in our opinion. Highly recommend tabacon spa which had over 20 thermal pools with different temperatures they offer day passes. We did enjoy the “cool” pool. Drinks there were a little pricey but very good! The front desk is very helpful with recommendations. Highly recommend this resort! "
