「Our stay at Deville was very good. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. While everything worked well and we had a pleasant experience, there’s still some room for improvement in terms of overall service and attention to detail. Nonetheless, we would consider staying again.」

「This hotel has 5 stars and is located in the noblest area in the city. We stayed at a room with wonderful ocean view. Staff are attentive and breakfst is very good at the restaurant. There was nothing to complain of this hotel. We definitely like to visit again.」

「Room itself was quite standard but clean, all staffs were very friendly and kind. Only issue was sometimes WiFi connection had been bad, especially after 9pm, I could not connect with any cel/iPad one night. 」

「空港往復（タクシー利用）の無料サービスもしっかり利用しました。ホテルまで空港から5分程度で到着します。１階の到着口のタクシー乗り場で乗ると、長いこと客待ちをしている運転手さんが近すぎてかわいそうかと思い、２階の出発フロアで待っているタクシーを利用しました。朝食はホテルの宿泊費用から考えると、かなりレベルが高いと思います。」

「ベッドメーキングが夕方こちらから電話で二回督促してようやくできた。ルームサービスので電話がずっと話し中でフロント経由で頼まなくてはならなかったうえ、追加のお茶は結局来なかった。」

「O hotel é muito bom! O único problema é o funcionamento do restaurante no período do almoço! Como se sabe, esse serviço é terceirizado e, quanto ao horário de funcionamento para o almoço, induz os hóspedes a erro, vez que, não informam que os consumidores e os hóspedes devem desocupar o local impreterivelmente até as 14:30 horas, o que é um absurdo! Assim, no meu entender, o horário do término do atendimento deve mudar para às 13:30 horas, para viabilizar que os frequentador realizem o almoço...

「The apartment was very clean and Comfortable for 2 people my only complaint is the bathroom is small but good water pressure. Nice view of Curitiba from the 18th floor. Pretty much everything you need is a quick walk away. Think of the city of Curitiba as a big circle with this property being near the center. Uber is quick and widely available. Most stores & restaurants take USA credit cards even Amex is widely accepted.」

「Nos hospedamos no quarto família com dois filhos adolescentes e foi ótimo. Quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, localização excelente, serviço de quarto muito bom, e as refeições que pedimos no quarto foram rápidas e muito boas. O café da manhã não era espetacular, mas era bem ok. Só a internet do quarto que deixou um pouco a desejar. Mas no geral a estadia atendeu muito bem nossas necessidades.」

「Hotel bem localizado a poucas quadras de shoping e mercados, quarto confortavel e atendimento rápido na recepção. Unico ponto negativo, mas que não fazem diferença na avaliação é uma certa demora para reposição ou as vezes nem reposto de alguns itens do café da manhã.」

「隣のブロックにショッピングモールがあり、フードコートも充実しているので食事や買い出しに困りません。 セントロにも歩いて20分ほどで行けますが、ホテル正面の公園や北側にホームレスが集まるところが一部あるので気をつけてください。 受付はあまり英語が通じないので、語学が苦手な人にはおすすめしません。 朝食はイングリッシュ・ブレックファースト程度を思い浮かべてもらえれば結構です。 ネットは遅いので、メール程度だと思ってください。」
