“Conforto, simpatia e excelente localização”

Minha estadia no Go Inn Curitiba foi excelente. O hotel tem uma localização privilegiada, é silencioso, confortável e oferece um ótimo custo-benefício. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos, em especial a equipe da recepção, sempre prestativa e simpática. Recomendo sem dúvidas!

Precisa atenção

Já me hospedei várias vezes no Hotel Goin Curitiba e sempre tive boas experiências. Porém, nas últimas estadias notei alguns pontos que precisam de atenção. Os colchões estão bastante desgastados e já oferecem pouco conforto, o que não condiz com o padrão do hotel — seria importante rever e substituí-los. Outro ponto foi a limpeza: o chão do quarto estava sujo, com cabelos tanto no banheiro quanto no quarto, o que dá a impressão de que não houve uma higienização adequada após a saída do hóspede anterior. De forma geral, o atendimento e o café da manhã continuam muito bons, mas acredito que a limpeza e o conforto precisam ser revistos com urgência para manter a qualidade que sempre distinguiu o hotel.

Usualmente costumo deixar gorjeta na saída, entretanto o banheiro estava mal higienizado. Haviam cabelos de outros hóspedes e o odor estava perceptível ( de número 2). Tirando esta situação, os demais quesitos estavam bons. A equipe da recepção foi muito solícita.
