They must fix the elevator problem, staying in the 12ht floor with one slow elevator option was a nightmare =/ Good stay but the elevator problem ruin the experience

Second time I stay there and no water availible. I ask extra towels and the housekeeper was very rude to me and my family. I even think to sue the company.

Had to complain about property conditions, molded walls, broken tiles, broken toilet, cracked walls, not well maintained at all. They changed out room but still, the tv worked but the image was like the 80’s, the AC didn’t work in the room and the one on the living room smelled like sewer and froze when we put down to 20C. Only one lamp in the room making the bedroom dark. Not well maintained.

Sempre que vamos a Curitiba procuramos nos hospedarmos nesse hotel. Os quartos são limpos, camareiras, no geral são prestativas. O café da manhã é bom. Não conhecemos os pratos do restaurante, então não há como avaliarmos, mas notamos outros hóspedes solicitando o serviço para consumo nos apartamentos. A localização do hotel é ótima, entre o centro e o bairro Batel.
