「Staff super nice, friendly and helpful」

「I loved everything about this property the rooms were clean and well equipped. The grounds were immaculate and there is a trail you can walk through the jungle. The meals were all as goid as any 5 star restaurant. Their chef could work in the finest restaurants and put everyone to shame. I had 2 massages and again they were amazing. On top of all this their staff are some of the most efficient caring and respectful I have ever come across. 」

「This is a beautiful little boutique hotel. The rooms are beautiful and it is extremely clean. It’s very close to good restaurants and very quiet. The staff is excellent and answered all of our questions thoroughly and treated us with kindness. If I go back, it’s definitely where I’ll stay.」

「I stayed in a King Deluxe room at thought it was great value. The staff were all excellent, the hotel restaurant was great and the pool was large. Plus, the location was ideal (close enough to walk to the market / downtown but removed enough to be quiet) and there's a large grocery store directly across the street if you want snacks / sunscreen etc. I would certainly stay at Midas Belize again.」

「We spent 5 days at Cohune Palms. The property is natural and had resident agouti. We saw huge iguana, toucan, agouti and were lucky enough to see the kinkajou right from the dining area. We were in The hummingbird cabana. They have added stairs up to the loft with 2 single beds. It made the main room a bit squishy but were able to store luggage upstairs. The bathroom was huge with wonderful shower. Lots of hot water with good pressure. Mike snd the staff were friendly and always available....

「The cabin was pleasant, had basic necessities. I deducted two stars because there was absolutely NO COMMUNICATION from the host. The site said there would be no one present at check in and directions would be sent prior to arrival. I heard nothing, even after reaching out multiple times. I was concerned about arriving in early evening and not knowing how to get in. Turns out there was a lock with a key in it in the front door. Also, not this host’s fault, but it was IMPOSSIBLE to get through...

「Excellent hotel. Close to everything without being in the middle of it. Five minute walk over cute bridge to downtown. Many eating options around the hotel. Laundry service on site, which is great while traveling. The bed was comfortable and quiet.」
