「Booming music through the window. I asked to change the room, the duty manager at night gave me the room that was “good enough” but I could still hear. The duty manager during the day was very helpful. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in India so far, it is very good and heaven compared to the mess outside. However not up to the standard of some European or Japanese hotels.」

「Professional and pleasant service. Everyone was very polite and smiley. Although we only stayed at this hotel for sleeping as we were busy visiting places, we really had a pleasant time here and had a very good impression. Breakfast was nice too. We went to Oberoy Hotel for dinner but reception staff's service was way better at Jaypee.」

「Excellent hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, great food, and outstanding service. Had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend it to others.」

「Definitely was more then I expected, Staff, Room Service and the Cleanest of the room, The decoration of the hotel was awesome Recommend the hotel 200% 」

「Property is in an incredible location. Only a ten minute walk to the Taj Mahal and only minutes to really nice cafes and restaurants. Staff were very friendly, calm and professional. Checked us in early as we arrived before check in time. Roof top cafe is amazing offering fantastic choices at very good prices. Roof top has a view of the Taj Mahal and is a nice little spot to sit and unwind. Room was incredibly clean, well presented and the amenities were fantastic. It’s been the best shower...
