「Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred.. Then I asked at reception to order a taxi...

「Villaggio con ogni confort, con molte piscine, perfetto per le famiglie, spiaggia confortevole. Cibo buono e in abbondanza, essendo una persona che necessita di senza glutine sono riuscita a mangiare bene. Villaggio in prevalenza inglese e tedesco, non parlano italiano. Un ringraziamento particolare a Nicolina, responsabile della reserve service per il ristorante greco. Ci sono 3 ristoranti tutti a buffet. Fuori dal villaggio vi sono agenzie di noleggio ed escursioni. 」

「Soggiorno accogliente,tutto era perfetto, la piscina, il mare le camere e tuto a portata di mano. IL servizio bus che porta a kos molto comodo e a due passi dalla struttura. Unica pecca forse la pulizia della stanza, sempre presente ma poco attenta ai dettagli」

「the resort offered extensive options of poolside areas with bar and snacks throughout the day. the entertainment for children also very good the animation team worked hard. the Greek night was enjoyable, and we felt very much on vacation. The different levels of apartments would need careful consideration if mobility is a concern.
