Really nice rooms and bathroom. The staff were nice and they had lots of cool amenities in the lobby.

An impressive and elegant hotel with a wide range of services and amenities that are hard to find nowadays. Make sure to select a room on the "garden" side - you won't be disappointed.

The staff was very helpful, from the front desk to the cleaners. They were also very accomodating when i had to extend my stay last minute. Great hotel for this location!

When we got there, they actually upgraded us to a suite. And man…it was AMAZING! Spacious, two nice beds and a long sofa, and a flat screen TV. The bathroom had two ports and a giant tub. We had four adults and one child (who is four) and we all just got fit into the suite. The location is close to subway stations, plenty of local restaurants and beautiful walks. When we come back to Ginza, we will be staying here again.

The room was nice and clean. The free coffee made my day as well. GREAT staff!
