"There was a power outage the day we left and the staff member had issues with the computer. He didn't know how to give me a reciept for my stay to acknowledge the checkout or to remove the 50.00 hold on my credit card for incidentals I assured them I would not purchase. Said I had to call my credit card company."

"Bathroom faucet loose. No lightbulb in the living room, dishwasher was so loud I thought it was going to burst open. Decided to turn it off. ATM did not work——took forever then no $$$ was dispensed. Rooms should have a safe. Breakfast was pretty good. Could have had more yogurt selections, no bananas. Other than that the room was very nice. Public areas are spacious and clean. Staff very nice…including front desk, kitchen and maintenance. Room was great, spacious, everything we needed."

"Beds were hard as hell. May as well been sleeping on a piece of plywood. Girlfriend and I both had back pain in the morning when we got up. Could barely sleep because of the beds. The TV remote and hair dryer were both sticky. God only knows what was on them. The room was dusty around fridge and could use a good dusting and cleaning in a few spots. Definitely won't be returning."

"Great short-term place for a large family to visit Hershey, PA. Beautiful, historic home with comfortable beds and bedding, plenty of parking, and at a reasonable price versus the cost of 3-4 hotel rooms. Outdoor landscaping is beautiful with pool and lots of loungers, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Our host was quick to reply to all questions. Can't go wrong by renting this one-of-a-kind property."

"Room appeared recently painted. Room and bath were cleaned and well stocked. Bed was comfortable. TV was a bit small for my old eyes, but a wide assortment of channels were available for viewing. The room had a working microwave and small refrigerator. The heating/air conditioning system was controlled by a turn dial marked from heat to cold, which took me quite a while to get the room temperature to my comfort zone. Plus the fan in it was a bit loud. Being a motel... parking was directly in front of the room door. The only issue I had is I'm a light sleeper and the road passing the motel had periodic trucks passing which awoke me a few times during the night."
