"The staff was pretty unwelcoming. Nobody smiled or seemed friendly with the exception of the female at the front desk and one cleaning person. For example, one morning I asked the woman who was setting up for breakfast was and she just used her head. I couldn't see where she was nodding to and I asked where again and repeated the same gesture-refused to speak."

"Very close to all Hershey attractions! A little hot in the evenings. It’s an older home and the AC doesn’t cool the bedrooms as well as the rest of the house. However, fans were provided for all bedrooms. Great value for a long weekend in Hershey."
