"We had a lovely stay here, rooms were spacious and there was a decent breakfast offering though the selection decreased following the Easter period. During the peak period there was significant noise in the atrium and then by the pool bar during the night, given this I would probably only return during the low season or ask for a room off the main atrium. "I think I was quite lucky on this booking. It was Sunday in the off-season so the price was very good. Half board was even better. The room was outstanding. The entrance, lobby, pool and lounging area were all excellent. Both the buffet service dinner and the breakfast were superb. This is such a great hotel. I really couldn’t have improved anything."

"The room was comfortable and clean. We had a room overlooking the pool, which was lovely, but the downside to this was that we could hear the entertainment. However this did not spoil our stay as you need to expect these things when staying in a hotel. There are no English tv channels. We didn't have meals in the hotel so cannot comment on this, but we did buy a couple of drinks from the bar and I feel that the staff could do with some training on customer service. They treat you as though you are an inconvenience. One girl had just started scrolling through her phone when I appeared at the bar. She put her phone down clearly annoyed that I had interrupted her and didn't speak to me throughout the whole transaction, which made me feel very uncomfortable. The reception staff were very pleasant and welcoming though. Overall, our stay was very relaxing as the hotel was almost empty so we had the pool area to ourselves. Lots of places to eat and drink and the beach was a five minute walk away. The pool was closed the day after we arrived but we were only there for four nights so it didn't bother us."
