「Beautiful place but need to go into it thinking it’s more like an Airbnb. Do Your shopping before you arrive as there is nothing there. The onsite restaurant is amazing but not open often. No breakfast included even though on booking it says it is. You’ll need to buy essentials like milk, coffee, tea, basically everything food wise but it has its own kitchen and fridge freezer and cutlery etc. Amazing views Pool great Waterfall appreciated ! We booked the jacuzzi room and it was lovely. Sleep...

「We were allocated a spacious room with a view of the pool. The room was clean and everything was in good working order. We had plenty of choice at breakfast and dinner. The pool and grounds are beautiful. We enjoyed sangria at the club house every day which was very relaxing. It was refreshing to see so many Spanish families enjoying their holiday at this hotel, made our visit more authentic.」

「Great location and good room but stay let down by poor service from the bar and restaurant. We were the only ones on the bar terrace but there was no service for 15 minutes. To the left of reception is a 2 metre high banner advertising the restaurant and, specifically, the menu del dia which is reinforced by highlighting the availability of the menu del dua in the information folder in the room - the menu del dia was never available throughout our entire stay and no one was able to explain why...

Muy cercano a todos los lugares que queríamos visitar, pero lo que más nos ha gustado y por lo que repetiríamos, sin ninguna duda, ha sido por el trato increíble que nos ha dado, Alina. Desde el mismo momento en que llegamos nos ayudó con un mimo y un cuidado increíble. Lo tenía todo super limpio y muy bien preparado. The front desk said the property is non-smoking but the previous guest must have broke the rules. I had also asked for a quiet room when I was checking in.
