「Great location, clean room, easy process. Expedia makes it hard to communicate due to blocking URLs within messages so I had to switch between the app and the web app multiple times. Thankfully the property host warned about this and remembered everything so I was able to obtain the access code and check in. Thank you. Please push Expedia for a better communication process or use their messaging channel. 」

「I didn’t like that there are 4 different companies involved in booking this property. The location is great. There was only one roll of toilet paper for a 5 night seat for 2 people, so we had to buy more. The aircon in the main bedroom could not be used as there was no remote control. 」
