We have stayed at this development before so were familiar with it's great location and this apartment was fantastic. Lots of space both inside and on the terrace, well equiped and very clean. It is located next to the pool and also the bar but this shuts at 9pm and we didn't hear any noise of an evening, even on xmas eve and xmas day. The only thing which could be a problem for some groups is that 1 of the bedrooms (and a bathroom) which located downstairs doesn't have a door between them and the main living area, meaning noise control would be tricky if some of a group were night owls or early risers as this woud disturb whoever was in that bedroom.

La résidence est parfaite, surtout en mi saison (moins de monde), très propre et arborée, appartement spacieux et très bien équipé, localisation parfaite pour visiter l'île, très bon séjour, à recommander les yeux fermés.

Séjour très agréable. Appartement très bien insonorisé, nous y étions au calme et au frais. Il y a la clim et un lave linge. La piscine dans la résidence a fait le bonheur de toute la famille. Idéalement situé pour visiter la région : Masca, le Teide, plages, excursions en bateau, Aqualand, zoo. Tout est proche. Le propriétaire est très réactif et disponible.

Joli domaine avec 3 piscines et un restaurant/bar plus que correct. Très bon rapport qualité/prix dans un cadre agréable à quelques pas du logement. Service irréprochable. Notre logement était adéquat mais manquait un peu de charme. Le logement n’était pas propre, odeur dans la salle de bains; que nous avons résolu nous-même facilement avec un peu de nettoyage. Belle et grande terrasse. Beaucoup de rangement. Accueil très correct par Abraham! Situation agréable éloignée des foules de Playa de las Américas, mais avec assez de restaurants, magasins etc à proximité; idéal si vous avez une voiture (il y a une place de parking dans le garage souterrain inclus).

Very good comunication prior to the stay, both Abraham and Eva were very nice. The property is in a calm area with a great gated comunity pool area. The issues we faced during our stay was that the apartment was advertised as a fully equipped luxuray apartment but to be honest it is quite far from that. A lot of things were broken and damaged; the sunbed, the parasol, a lot of kitchen gear, the vacuum cleaner etc. were broken. There was also huge damages due to water at the bathroom table and a very bad smell from the toilet drain (in particular during mornings and evenings).

The apartment was perfect for our family of five, in a very well maintained and quiet residential complex with several beautiful swimming pools and a bar area. We stayed during the second week in April with temperatures in the low to mid 20s - the main pool is unheated so the water was on the cool side but perfect for swimming in, and we often had the whole pool to ourselves - there is another smaller pool which was warmer. You are not allowed inflatables in the water and there are site staff to politely remind you of the rules; the water in the main pool also 1.8 m deep, so not ideal for little ones. There were plenty of sunbeds around the pools so easy to find a spot to lounge about when not in the water, and the table tennis table was a great extra - would advise taking your own bats and balls though. The bar is quite reasonably priced for drinks and light meals, but the apartment was perfectly equipped with all we needed to make our own meals. There is a handily located Lidl about 5 min away (by car) so easy to get all our supplies. There is really not a whole lot else in the immediate vicinity - so if you're looking for a cafe scene and vibrant night life, this is pehaps not for you. But for a totally relaxing week in the sun it was heaven! One comment - the apartment was described as a duplex with sea views - the one we actaully stayed in was single level and no sea view. This didn't bother us at all, but I assume that the owner has several properties in the complex, some duplex and some not. Would enquire which you are actually going to get...
