Fаbulоus newly-renovated 2-bedroom apartment with 92 m2 of interior space, right in the heart of Playa de Las Americas - in the south of Tenerife, and just 250m from the famous Aquа Park. This apartment is fully equipped, and here you will find everything you can desire for an unforgettable holiday on the coast. New fitted kitchen; spacious panoramic views´ terrace; there is a sofa bed, massage armchair in living room, plasma TV with satellite channels, Internet/Wi-Fi, Air-Conditioning.



Having ideal location and fully equiped, this property has everything you need for a wondeful Holiday near the Ocean.



It offers you fully furnished american kitchen, 2 bedrooms, spacious living room-lounger with sofas and armchairs, 2 family bathrooms (one en-suite), and spacious 20 m2 (!!!) panoramic terrace with excellent and unforgettable views of three Canary islands - La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma.



In the complex there are:

Convenient solariums with sun beds and hammocks,

There are vending machines for sweets, mineral water, soft drinks, there is a playground area, ping-pong and billiard tables. 24/7 grocery shop is just 90m away. Х-Sur - the biggest Commercial Center in the South of Tenerife (with over 40 shops, cinemas, supermarket, hairdressers, bars & restaurants), is located just in 7 minutes walk.



Famous award-winning restaurants "Barracuda" and "Molino Blanco" are on a short walking distance.



The complex is kept to the highest standard and is suited to families with kids, and more mature persons looking for a peaceful beachside location, for a relaxing holiday to an excellent standard. There is ample free car parking nearby, but if you choose not to hire a car there are lots of taxis around and a bus stop is just fifty meters away.



The popular Sunday and Tuesday market is a only a short walk away. Only a 50 mins drive will take you to the Vulcano - Mount Teide, and just an hour drive to the fabulous Loro Parque in Puerto de la Cruz.



The town of Cristianos - a fishing village with some lovely fish restaurants and tapas bars is about 20 minutes walk away. The sandy beaches are kept to the highest standard and are very safe for children.

There are a total of 5 Golf courses in the South Tenerife, and your property is situated next to the main one - Las Americas Golf, and other three nearest are: Abama Golf is 15 km away, Golf Costa Adeje - 7 km, Golf del Sur - 12 km.

Fantastisch

Mooi appartement voor 4 personen. Groot, prachtig terras met elke avond een mooie zonsondergang. Naar boulevard lopen is te doen, terug namen we voor een klein bedrag een taxi. Rustige omgeving. Erg naar ons zin gehad!
