"Great location, very central to everything in the city including the new stadium. Breakfast was great! The rooms are not big but they are well designed and for two of us they were just fine. We'd definitely stay again."

"Although the accommodation was price accordingly to the quality of the accommodation, it was not clean or bug free. Pretty low standard of presentation, plates, cups and utensils. Even a power point face plate was damaged you could see wires behind it. The tv did not appear to be able to channels……really really poor. You really get what you pay for here."

"I had Breakfast and main meal down stairs in the restaurant. Great food, happy to accommodate Gluten-free requirements. Very well maintained and excellent laundry facilities and communal kitchen if you wish to prepare your own food "

"Room was modern, spacious and very clean. Comfortable bed, large TV with many working channels. There is a cafe on ground floor and various eateries nearby. Only a 5 minute walk to CBD edge and also to catch the famous Christchurch vintage trams, which are a must for all visitors. Really enjoyed my 2 night stay."

"Great! Comfy room and beds, super helpful staff available to assist with whatever needed (extra coffe, milk). Bathroom could use some work (peeling on roof & cracking in Lino) but was clean and shower pressure perfect, lots of towels and bathroom amenities lovely. Only issue, ground floor room and the noise of people walking in room above was quite obvious. Not a major - as didn’t bother us at night but up until bedtime and in the morning very noticeable. Would stay here again."
